Brief Description

A calm warm-up exercise where children imitate sea creatures using simple floor movements.

Game Description:

A warm-up exercise for small to medium-sized groups, especially suitable for young children.

The Starfish
We start lying on our backs, with arms and legs stretched out from the body in a star shape.

The Clam
We roll onto our sides and pull our arms and legs in, making ourselves as small as possible.

The Seahorse
The clam slowly awakens and stretches out straight, still lying on its side, thus becoming a seahorse.

The Seal
We plop onto our stomachs, lift our heads up, supporting ourselves on our arms.
We wiggle our tails (or our bottoms).

The seal looks to the right, then to the left, then looks up at the sky. It reaches up with one hand towards the stars (the body already twists a little) and then plops onto its back, becoming a starfish again.
The circle starts from the beginning.
