Nine People – 8 Legs - 4 Hands

Brief Description

A team challenge where groups must traverse a course using a limited number of allowed ground contacts.

Group Size: 10+ people
Difficulty: Quite easy
Materials: None
Playtime: Approx. 10 minutes

Game Description:

Equal-sized teams are formed, with each team ideally not exceeding ten members. The game leader then presents the players with a challenge: they must overcome a predetermined course from point A to point B. For example, the challenge could be:

"Cross the distance from A to B using only eight legs and four hands." Go! The players attempt to complete the course according to the given task. This means only eight legs and four hands are allowed to touch the ground. How the teams tackle this challenge is entirely up to them, but it should be done quickly, as they are competing against each other. The first team to arrive wins. If too many limbs touch the ground, the entire team must return to the starting point and try again. Once all teams have arrived, a new challenge can be presented, and the return journey must then be completed accordingly. The challenges should, of course, be adapted to the group size and age. The fewer people, the fewer limbs allowed.
