A circle game where participants protect themselves by forming pairs, and can be separated again by the chaser.

Game Description:

A game for medium to large groups.

Everyone stands in a circle. One person stands in the middle. This person tries to tag someone in the circle. The person being tagged can save themselves by standing next to the person on their left or right ("Married"). They must separate again if the person in the middle tries to tag someone else. However, the person in the middle can also break up a pair by standing in front of them and spinning around once ("Divorced"). The pair must then quickly separate and stand next to the other person beside them.

If someone is tagged, they must go into the middle, and the previous person in the middle can join the circle.

The title also reminds of a specific rhyme: [[Seilspringen Reime]]
