Partner Hula Hoop Juggling

A partner exercise to develop cooperation, rhythm, timing, and hoop work.

Stage I

Two hula hoops per pair.

We practice synchronously:

  1. Rolling.
  2. Throwing.

Stage II

Four hula hoops per pair.

We practice synchronously:

  1. Rolling.
  2. Throwing.
  3. Rolling and throwing.
  4. We repeat all stages asynchronously.
