Balloon Modelling Gladiators

Group Size: 3 to 60 players

Material: Balloon animals, toothpicks
Duration: approx. 5-15 minutes

Game Description¶

Each player makes a balloon animal that can hold a toothpick. Players keep one elbow fixed to their side and try to pop other balloon animals without losing their own. The last intact balloon animal wins.

Variations¶

Set a time limit if rounds become too defensive.

Safety Notes¶

Keep the playing area clear and define the limits before the round starts. For contact games, target props rather than bodies. For throwing, riding, balancing or acrobatic games, leave enough space for failed attempts and stop the round if the group starts taking unsafe risks.
