Unicycle Gladiators
Short Description
A convention knockout game where unicyclists try to stay mounted while forcing others to dismount.

Group Size: 4 to 60 players
Difficulty: schwer
Material: Unicycles, marked arena
Duration: approx. 5-15 minutes
Game Description¶
Unicyclists ride inside a marked arena. The goal is to stay mounted longer than everyone else while applying controlled pressure to the other riders.
A rider is out when they dismount, touch the floor with a foot or hand, leave the arena, or use illegal contact. Eliminated riders leave the arena immediately. The last rider still mounted wins.
Setup¶
- Mark a clear riding area with enough space around the edges.
- Agree on contact rules before the round starts.
- Make sure all participants can ride confidently before joining.
Variations¶
- Run a no-contact beginner version where riders may only block space, not touch.
- Use team colors and count points for the team of the last remaining rider.
- Shrink the arena between rounds for experienced riders.
Safety Notes¶
Use only with confident unicyclists. Define contact limits clearly. For public use, keep contact to light shoulder or arm pressure and forbid grabs, wheel blocks and body checks.
