Partner Exercises: Throwing Juggling Cascade

Two people stand side-by-side, with their arms facing each other either clasped behind their backs or simply hanging loosely.
The person on the right uses only their right arm, and the person on the left uses only their left arm.

First exercise: 2 objects, cascade pattern. Each person starts with one object in hand.
It's important here to visualize the points to which you are throwing, the throwing plane, and the rhythm.
Use 2 differently colored objects. For example, always start with the red object. This way, the person who starts throwing alternates.

Second exercise: Similar principle. One person has both objects and starts the pattern; the second person catches both objects.

Third exercise:
3 objects, cascade juggling. It's important to pay attention to rhythm, throwing height, and plane.
